Kevin Taylor| Field Meetings Secretary
Kevin is a Professor of Geosciences at the University of Manchester. His research and teaching interests include the application of field and laboratory geological observations to energy systems, and he is currently focussed on energy storage, shallow geothermal and the use of the sub-surface to store and dispose of waste materials. Whilst his research is global in nature, he has a current push is to understand UK systems and options, especially in the North of England. He leads the MSc course in Geoscience for Sustainable Energy at the University of Manchester, and teaches widely in geology and energy to undergraduates
