Energy Transition in Yorkshire

Indoor Meeting

Standedge Tunnel Visitor Centre, Canals and River Trust, Marsden

By Convened by (University of Leeds)

25th March 2023 10:30 GMT

The subsurface of Yorkshire can assist in providing a secure energy (heat) supply and contribute in the transition towards a lower carbon and more sustainable energy system. The YGS meeting in Marsden looks at the geological concepts involved and their applicability to rock formations in Yorkshire.
